1. General Overview
Flex-o-stick Marketing specializes in the production of high-quality self-adhesive labels, including tamper-proof, waterproof, barcode, preprinted, and blank labels. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Orders and Customization

  • All label orders are customized to the specifications provided by the client.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all specifications, including size, design, and quantity, are correct when placing an order.
  • A design approval will be required before production begins. Once approved, changes to the design or specifications may result in additional fees or delays.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard production time is 3-5 business days, starting from the date of design approval and payment confirmation.
  • Rush orders may be accommodated upon request and may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All pricing is determined based on the size, material, and quantity of the order. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Flex-o-stick Marketing offers delivery services within Johannesburg, Durban, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply.
  • Shipping to other regions can be arranged upon request, and additional charges may apply.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
  • Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving their order. 
  • Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund, as determined by Flex-o-stick Marketing.
  • No returns will be accepted for approved designs or errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Flex-o-stick Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs provided by the client remain the client’s property.
  • Flex-o-stick Marketing reserves the right to use non-proprietary designs for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

9. Confidentiality

  • Flex-o-stick Marketing respects the confidentiality of all client information and designs.
  • We will not share, reproduce, or use customer-provided designs without explicit consent.

10. Governing Law
These terms and services are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
